At Tresor Jewelry, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive defective.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Jewelry
Place the items in their original Tresor velvet pouch and gift box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping mailer.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our studio, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
